I am born and raised in Germany and I grew up watching my mother and grandmother
cook everyday, so it happened that I love cooking food too.

years ago, I moved to Tampa, Florida and brought of course my cooking with me.
I
encountered very often that friends - and even my American girlfriend - have not
been very thrilled to learn about German food because of these stereotypes. But
believe me, everybody changed their minds just by smelling my cooking.
So,
I've compiled the best traditional recipes from my grandmother, my mother and
their friends to write a German Recipe Book / German Cook Book.
When
people hear Germany, they think about the Autobahn, Mercedes-Benz, Oktoberfest,
guys in lederhosen and girls in dirndls.
However,
when you visit Germany, you notice that it is so much more than these stereotypes.
And it's the
same with German food, it is so much more than just the typical bratwurst, wiener
schnitzel and sauerkraut.
We wrote this German
