German Cucumber Salad Recipe

1 European cucumber (less water than a regular cucumber)
3 oz whipping cream
2 oz Miracle Whip or light mayonnaise
½ teaspoon dill
salt, pepper

1. Peel the skin of the cucumber with the potato peeler.

2. Slice the cucumber in thin slices.

3. Mix the whipping cream, the mayonnaise and the dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Add the cucumber to the dressing.
